    Our Company whose 99.98 of shares owned by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality was incorparated in the frame of İzmit Municipality in 1978 in order to give social services for İzmit people in the name of Belde Foodstaffs Marketing and Investment Inc.

    Our Company was founded originally to produce breads and then managed regulating sale stores, active in coal import and trade, catered for Kocaeli University in the period of 1985-2003 and as of 2005, by a new approach, substantial changes in institutionalization and financial structure of our Company have been practiced that is originally seen in 2004. Total capital of our company is TL. 5.500.000.00 as of 2011.    

    Our Company, as an municipal organisation, acts not only in trade standpoint but in social responsibility that is prerequisite for municipal practices in our days 

    Company, presently, manages contracted personel employment for Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality as well as Smiling Faces Handicappeds Occupational Rehabilation and Education Center and Dialysis Center, open and parking garages and gives services about rental shops, vehicles advertisement dressing and health scanning.
